Restored Stone Finca with Olive Grove

A stone finca in the Jalón Valley, built in the 1870s and fully restored in 2021 — new roof, rewiring, plumbing and insulation, with the original beams, tilework and window openings kept.

The house is 340 m² over two floors: a kitchen with a wood-fired oven, a sitting room with the original fireplace, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. A separate stone outbuilding of 40 m² is plumbed and wired, and works as a guest house or a studio.

The land runs to 1.2 hectares of established olives and almonds, with a well, a licensed irrigation system and a 10 x 4 m pool set away from the house. Mains water and electricity are connected; the internet is fibre.

Jalón is ten minutes by car, Moraira and the coast twenty-five.
