A four-bedroom villa on the Benimeit slope above Moraira, let by the season from October to May — the months when the coast is quiet and the light is best.

Four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, a living room with a log burner, and a kitchen that opens onto a covered dining terrace. The pool is heated and usable through the winter; there is a separate sun terrace above the garage.

Let furnished and equipped, with linen and a fortnightly clean included. Utilities are metered and billed at cost. Pets are considered.

Minimum let three months. Not available July to September.
